To: All who live, work and play in Carr’s Landing
From: Working Group on Carr’s Landing Waterfront and Recreation.

The community survey was developed by volunteer members of the Working Group. The purpose is to reach out to Carr’s Landing residents and the broader community to help identify and enable the District of Lake Country (DLC) Council to better understand waterfront access and recreation priorities in Carr’s Landing.

Survey items were compiled from data obtained during the May 2018 community-wide Town Hall held at the Carr’s Landing Firehall.  At a follow up meeting on October 10, 2018, DLC staff requested the Carr’s Landing Community and Recreation Association (CLCRA) further engage the community to refine the initial results into a specific set of prioritized improvements.

The final results will be made public and submitted to the DLC at the Council meeting on October 1, 2019, in time for budget consideration.

We invite you to participate by completing and returning the corresponding survey which is available electronically on-line at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/carrslanding or via printed copies which can be obtained from the notice boards in Carr’s Landing neighbourhoods and returned to the attached file folders by the deadline date of August 13th.

The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
