Expertly coordinated by Marie Molloy, the Friends of Gable Beach took to local streets and Gable Beach Park for the annual spring clean up as part of the Adopt-A-Road initiative with the District of Lake Country. The DLC provided tools, safety vests and pick up services for the garbage. A great crew turned out and we tackled Gable Beach Park (North & South), Toby, Gable, Wentworth, Maki, Carbonneau Schaad Roads and part of Carr's Landing Road. The evening finished with a gathering at Terry & Marie's for some sustenance after all that work!
